| Engagement (Standard 1 through Standard 4) |
| This section ensures that crucial program stakeholders align with the pursuit of certification as a PORi Center of Excellence and underscores their commitment to providing the necessary resources and administrative support to excel in oncology rehabilitation, encompassing operational and clinical domains, and fostering multidisciplinary collaboration with key members of the oncological team. |
| 2. Commitment to PORi Treatment Protocols |
| PORi treatment protocols provide a comprehensive roadmap for care and are designed to ensure consistent and reproducible treatments to optimize patient outcomes, while allowing for flexibility in the treatment application when necessary. It is expected that all rehabilitation therapists in PORi Centers of Excellence apply the PORi system of management to the best of their abilities when treating patients. Treatment delivery must consistently adhere to established PORi patient management protocols. |
