| Please Note: If your facility has met Standard 1 - Educational Requirements - Individual PORi Certification and you have not already been awarded your Bronze PORi Center of Excellence designation, please contact us to complete the Bronze-level accreditation. |
| Engagement (Standard 1 through Standard 4) |
| This section ensures that crucial program stakeholders align with the pursuit of certification as a PORi Center of Excellence and underscores their commitment to providing the necessary resources and administrative support to excel in oncology rehabilitation, encompassing operational and clinical domains, and fostering multidisciplinary collaboration with key members of the oncological team. |
| 4. Clinical and Facility License Requirements |
| All PORi Centers of Excellence must comply with all applicable governing entities including professional licensure, safety, clinical documentation, compliance, and privacy requirements. |
